Ponger does not collect your data. There is no analytics, no advertising, no behavioural tracking and no third-party software development kit in the app. Ponger has no server and no account. Nobody working on Ponger can see what you enter.

Where your information is kept

Everything you enter is stored in Ponger on your device. If "Sync with iCloud" is on, the same records also go to your private iCloud database through Apple's CloudKit, so your other iPhone and iPad can show them. Apple stores that database, and only your Apple Account can read it. Turn sync off in Ponger's Settings to keep your records on the device alone. A match in progress on the scoreboard is kept in a small file on the device until you save or discard it, and it is never synced.

What is stored

Ponger keeps your bats, blades and rubbers with their glue dates and any prices you enter, your training sessions and serve practice, your matches with their scores and points, the ratings you note down, and the names and notes you write about the people you play. Those notes stay private to you, and Ponger never shares them. Ponger doesn't use the camera, your photos, your contacts or your location. Rubber reminders are scheduled on the device, and nothing is sent anywhere to deliver them.

Payment

Purchases are handled by Apple. Ponger never sees your payment details. The app uses verified purchase records to check subscription access.

Deleting everything

Settings in Ponger has a "Delete all data" control that removes every bat, rubber, session, serve set, match, opponent note and rating from the device and, with sync on, from your iCloud and your other devices. Deleting the app also removes its local data.

Who is responsible

The controller of any personal data described here is Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel. You can ask what is held, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or complain, by writing to ponger@humenhuk.com. You can also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or to the data protection authority where you live.
