Terms

Last updated 3 October 2026

These terms cover your use of the Ponger app, published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel.

What Ponger is

Ponger is a notebook for table tennis players. It records your equipment, training and matches and works out figures from what you log. Rubber wear, hardness conversions, bat weights and the performance rating are estimates worked out from your own entries and from published figures. They are not official ratings or manufacturers' measurements. Ponger doesn't put you in touch with other players and has no social features.

Free and paid use

Ponger is free to download and to use with no time limit, for one bat and the whole daily log. Ponger Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription that adds more bats, rubber reminders, scouting notes, point tagging, the performance rating and the insights beyond weekly training load. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings on your device. Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.

If a subscription ends

Nothing you have logged is deleted or hidden. Bats, scouting notes and tagged points stay readable and stay in your export. You can't keep more than one bat in play, write new scouting notes, tag points or see the Pro insights, and rubber reminders stop.

Your content

What you put into Ponger is yours. It is stored on your device and, if you share or sync it, in your own iCloud account. The publisher claims no rights over it and does not hold a copy.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Write to ponger@humenhuk.com if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can.

Liability

Ponger is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability is limited to the amount you have paid for Ponger in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
