Every session and match you log with a bat adds its length to the rubbers on that bat, counted from the day each one was glued. The scoreboard times matches for you. A rubber is due when it reaches the hours or the days set for that bat, whichever comes first, and you can change both on the bat's page under "When rubbers are due".
Open the bat in Kit and tap "New sheet" under that side. The old sheet keeps its hours in the bat's history and the new one starts at zero. If you only got a detail wrong, such as the thickness or the glue date, tap "Edit details" instead.
Ponger keeps every point the moment you score it. Open Ponger again and tap "Back to the scoreboard" on the Training or Matches tab, and the match carries on from the same score.
Tap the options button at the top right of the scoreboard and choose "Swap sides on screen". From then on Ponger swaps the sides whenever the players change ends. If you'd rather the sides stayed put, turn off "Scoreboard follows the ends" in Ponger's Settings.
Reminders are part of Ponger Pro, and you turn them on for each bat with "Remind me" on its page in Kit. A reminder arrives at 10:00 on the day a sheet reaches its age limit. If notifications are off for Ponger, Ponger's Settings shows a button that takes you to switch them back on.
Check that "Sync with iCloud" is on in Ponger's Settings on both devices, and that both are signed in to the same Apple Account. Changes can take a few minutes to arrive, and they wait until both devices are online.
The catalogue covers the blades and rubbers players ask about most. If yours isn't there, tap "Not listed? Type it in" or type the brand and model straight into the bat. Hardness figures are each maker's own, on the maker's own scale, and the hardness converter gives a rule-of-thumb figure.
In Ponger's Settings, tap "Export as spreadsheet files". You get your sessions, matches, rubbers and serve practice as CSV files that open in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets.
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Ponger Pro to manage or cancel it. When it ends you keep everything you have logged. Extra bats, scouting notes and tagged points stay readable, stay in your log and stay in your export. Adding more bats, writing new scouting notes, tagging points, reminders and the Pro insights stop until you subscribe again.
In Ponger, open Settings and tap "Delete all data". Read the confirmation before continuing. With iCloud sync on, the records also go from your iCloud and your other devices. Deletion cannot be undone.
