Ponger terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Ponger app, published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel.

What Ponger does

Ponger provides table tennis practice, match scoring, local competition tools, and equipment records. Training suggestions describe patterns in your entries. They are not professional coaching or a guarantee of improved results. Equipment wear, hardness conversions, assembled weight, and performance ratings are estimates.

Free and paid use

Free access includes one equipment setup, session records, drills and timers, serve practice, singles and doubles scoring, basic opponents and ratings, training load, export, optional iCloud sync, an introductory guided session, and competitions with up to four entries.

Ponger Pro adds full programs, custom and reusable sessions, detailed match reviews, larger competitions, equipment experiments, more setups, reminders, scouting, point tagging, and additional insights. The app shows prices before purchase.

Subscriptions

Apple handles payment. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account. The purchase screen shows the billing period, any eligible introductory offer, and the later renewal price.

When Pro ends

Your records remain readable and exportable. You can finish a session or event already in progress. Creating new paid items and viewing paid analysis require an active subscription. Existing equipment remains available for logging. Replacement reminders stop.

Your content

What you put into Ponger is yours. It is stored on your device and, if you share or sync it, in your own iCloud account. The publisher claims no rights over it and does not hold a copy.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Write to ponger@humenhuk.com if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can.

Liability

Ponger is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability is limited to the amount you have paid for Ponger in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
